Services will be tailored to meet individual clients’ requirements and can include the completion of planning supporting statements in isolation, through to the management of planning applications from pre-application through to start on site. This service will always be overseen by a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute assuring you of an ongoing professional service.

Support

In addition we offer support services to overstretched local authorities and other public sector stakeholders including the validation and processing of all types of planning applications including discharge of conditions, and the completion of planning appeals including attendance as an expert witness. We can also offer professional support services in relation to local plan matters and in the completion of Supplementary Planning Documents.

We are also able to offer support services to other public bodies involved in the planning process including Town and Parish Councils especially in relation to Neighbourhood Plans; again these services will also be overseen by a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
