JMI Planning worked alongside BHB Architects to help secure permission to redevelop the site to a small-scale housing development which would deliver 6 dwellings. The site was previously occupied by St Michael’s Hall however when the site was sold it became obvious that the land could be better utilized to bring forward much needed residential properties.
JMI Planning assisted in proving planning services to support the notion of a residential development on the site which would deliver much needed housing in a highly sustainable town centre location, as well as providing visual benefits associated with the well designed scheme.
