JMI Planning secured planning permission for significant extensions and alterations to a traditional rural property in Snelston.
The property is a traditional brick and tile dwelling which was in need of renovation. The client approached us wanting to modernise the property significantly and add extensions to make the internal arrangement more practical.
We assisted the client from the start to the end of the project including sourcing him a suitable architect, reviewing the architects ideas, preparing the planning submission documents and negotiating with the Council’s Planning Officers on the design of the dwelling.
